• Damaged or Defective Materials: If any digital course materials provided are found to be defective or not as advertised, students are urged to contact our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. Following a verification process, appropriate measures such as replacement or repair will be taken.
• Misrepresented Courses: Should a student feel that the course content is significantly different from descriptions provided on our website or promotional materials, they are encouraged to submit a detailed complaint to our Customer Service within 2 days of course access. Our team will assess the complaint thoroughly and determine a fair resolution.
